HAM-0150 // Single Flyer Type Armature Winding Machine
The HM-0150 is a Single flyer high speed coil winding machine fitted with the latest of Nittoku's original controllers.
The wire clamp's NC control feature allows for accurate tuning.
The core positioning, commutator cover and tong guide are also controlled by the NC controller enabling fast and highly accurate operation. Depending on the configuration of the core, accurate positioning and winding is possible.
With the addition of the Index unit, HAM-0150 can be added to completely automatic lines.
