Model DF-0130/DF-0150V are developed by applying NITTOKU's original controller as well as the newest servomotors. In addition to the compact and simple mechanism of the machine, it is remarkably easy and flexible specification changes can be performed with NC 7 axes control.  A compact machine base with mono block casting allow for a high performance machine with a small physical footprint.

• Model HDF-0160 added 4 NC axes to the DF type winding machine and has been modified to 11 axes type. This model is the high speed version (winding & hooking) of the DF-0150.

• Specifications can be easily changed using 7 axes NC controller along with Nittoku's quick change tooling . Especially when changing armature type, the fine adjustment of the nipper cutter position and the positioning of the former are controlled by the NC controller. The NC controller also controls the opening and closing of the former. The core index can be carried out very close to the core (approx. 1 mm). So damage to the former can be avoided and also wire hooking can be performed at the accurate positioning of the tongue guide.

• Using the combination of the  nipper cutter and the wire gripper combination, there is no scrap wire. The NC controller carries out the positioning to tongues of the commutator. So the lead wire length coming from the tongue can be cut as short as possible.

• With mono-block construction, the accuracy of the machine is remarkably improved as well maintenance reduced due to simple overall construction.
