The NAC-30L Weld Controller is a micro-processor driven arc welder. This flexible weld controller generates a precise current profile (amperes vs. time) for terminating wound coils by arc welding. Up to seven profiles can be stored and executed externally, which allows the controller to be integrated in fully automated systems such as our NAC Series. A full set of I/O provides feedback and allows external control. The system features a tungsten electrode and argon gas purge system for prolonged electrode life. Variable gas flow rate and programmable flow times give maximum flexibility for a wide range of applications. |
