Shenzhen Office, where only eleven to twelve members were working four years ago, has now thirty-one workers of four Japanese, two Hong-Kongers, and twenty-five local workers, and has developed to be a private limited company.
This office has been assuming the role of maintenance center since September 2005, and in two years after the establishment, even fresh recruits has become able to handle various jobs, thanks to the tenacity of the staff and the cooperation from each department.
Now they are capable not only of simple repairs and deliveries, but also of the response to the various needs of the customers, from remodeling to overhaul training.
1)Proactive service
In the market of great changes, the request from the customers also changes widely day by day.
The sales section of this base periodically visits the customers, to obtain the needs and other information of the customers as soon as possible.
It is our important task to foresee the troubles even for the old machines, and to prevent them.
2)Overhaul
In China, many machines older than 20 years are still in use.
Troubles due to the machine life frequently generate, but if overhauled and repaired, they can continue to produce like new machines. It is meaningful also for the customers to maintain the production ability with the least possible cost.
3)Remodeling
The requests to change the machines now they have to other specifications have been increasing.
If it is a simple remodeling, its designing and the implementation are available in this base.
And if the remodeling needs to be designed in a department in Japan, we will work for it together with the department.
4)Training session
Training programs for the customers and the users are provided on site, or in the lecture room in this base to learn from the basic.
Not only for the purchasing time, but also for any time according to the customer' s request.
And, we also make effort to provide the customers with easy maintenance and management operable by the users themselves.
The members of this base will tackle with a new target again this year!
