This high speed coil winder has been developed using the NITTOKU-made, compact FA controller. By using a 180° indexing mechanism, core loading can be performed in parallel with the coil winding process. Furthermore, the tool transfer loading method is used on the indexer. Production on the KIO machine results in consistent winding profiles and high quality products.
